About Hazelbank

The cottage is warm and comfortable with double glazing and new electric storage central heating throughout and an open fire in the sitting room. All rooms have superb views towards the loch.

The accommodation is arranged as follows :

Front hallway with staircase and interior door leading to the dining area.

Open plan kitchen dining room and sitting room. The dining area is in the centre and has a pine dining table and chairs which sits 6 comfortably.

Two steps lead down to the sitting room with 3-piece suite, television, video, music centre and many books and games. (T.V. reception can be variable in Lochranza and the topography prevents us from installing satellite.)

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen refitted in 2006 with ample storage units and work surfaces. Two oven electric cooker with ceramic hob. Separate microwave.

Utility room from kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with further work surfaces and sink. (Tumble drier in the garden shed.)

Side hall with lobby for coats and boots. Separate W.C. and wash basin.

Tiled bathroom with bath, electric shower and wash basin.

Steep stairway to wood-panelled twin-bedded room with T.V. and video (headroom is restricted).

From the front hall a staircase leads to the double and one twin-bedded room, both with fantastic views. Separate W.C. and wash basin.

A large mature garden with many shrubs and trees leads down to the loch. A Garden shed contains garden furniture, Rotary clothes line, tumble drier and washing line. There is a gate to garden path and a large gate to the screened concrete standing for a car.

This is a non-smoking property.

We regret we do not accept children under 5 and the cottage is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement.

Changeover day is Friday.
